GUIDELINES AND POLICIES

RESERVATIONS: Your reservation is confirmed and guaranteed only when a credit card is provided or an advance deposit is made and we have received your signed rental agreement.

DEPOSIT: At time of making your reservation, the first nights’ rental is charged to your credit card. And ten days before your arrival date, the balance is charged to your credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation 10 or more days prior to your arrival date, your entire advance deposit will be returned to you, less a 10% handling fee. If less than 10 days notice is given, your deposit will not be refunded, unless we are able to fill your cancelled dates and, if filled, your entire advance deposit less a 10% handling fee will be refunded.

OCCUPANCY: These condos are our private units – our “beach houses” if you will. We want our guests to enjoy themselves but we also want to be assured that our neighbors experience the same pleasure. Therefore, we must limit the number of guests that stay in our units. The one bedroom condo is intended for two people and the two bedroom can sleep up to four comfortably. Each unit has a hide-a-bed that may accommodate one small child. To ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience, we ask that you inform us how many people are in your party when making your reservations.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT: Regular check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when possible, but we need to also consider the departing and/or arriving guests.

SMOKING: The units are non smoking.

PETS: No pets are permitted.

NOISE: These are our private units and we ask that you respect our neighbors.
